Life is sometimes really hard, and sometimes painful...especially when we were once up and now we are down. We all fall. We just do. There is a critical decision that must be made when we are down...one that no one can make for us, one that we MUST make for ourselves. We have to decide if we will stay down, or if we will get back up. This is one of the most important decisions we will ever make, and we have to make it many times over the course of our lives.
