About this Course
This is a Soul-to-Soul class with journal processes and optional art.
Cozy up as I share the vulnerable story of watching my daughter fight for her life while discovering how I was stealing the joy of those closest to me, without even knowing it. You may be surprised to learn that you could, also, be doing this on a regular basis, in everyday life.
Once I share my experience of just how important 24 hours can be, we'll grab our journals and do some simple processes to help us get really clear on what means the most to us. Hiding in this process are simple things that we can be doing everyday to bring us more JOY! This process will be very specific to you, everyone's joy looks different! I encourage you to decorate your final Joyful Me list anyway you like!
