When canning I use a lot of garlic. By using this method I can get about 30 garlic cloves in about 30 seconds and a bit of a workout too 🙂
About the instructor
My husband and I have a home on one acre and garden in every spot we can find. I love to grow all kinds of vegetables. I have quilted most of my life and am very lucky to work at the best quilt shop in Boise-The Quilt Crossing. I have taught quilt classes for 35 years. I feel very fortunate that I have been able to make a living doing things that some call a hobby.
I LOVE to cook, cooking is my passion. My mom was a great cook and I learned how to cook from her. She was a great entertainer and liked to do all the cooking for large groups. My mom passed away in October of 2014. My dream job came true when I was asked to be the head cook for Brave Girls Camp. I have now been cooking at camp for 2 years. I love preparing comforting meals for all of the camp. My mom was a great advisor to me and was very proud of me.

- 2 Metal Bowls
