Introduction to Mom Sanity (yours)
I have coached women for hundreds of hours and there are a few things I'm convinced of and know for sure.
We all feel the "not enoughs" -time, money, knowledge, patience and arms.
But here is what I know to be foundational from my own life, my friends' lives and all my clients lives:
When we strategically start with ourselves, everything else either falls into place, or can be put there... often within seconds of a mind shift. Hence, the promise of sanity in seconds. How many seconds is up to you and the intensity of the situation - but sanity will happen.
This course is my way of reaching out to help you with a tiny portion of information that clients have paid hundreds of dollars to understand. All the tips are time and client tested, most are based on scientific research (believe it!) They will sound so simple that you may think "Why bother?" But if you will even attempt each one - even one a day - you will most likely find a new spring in your step, a tiny shift in moon, a little more sanity, and a few new “go-to” strategies for immediate self-care even in the midst of stress like toddler or teenage drama. (Although, I cannot legally guarantee anything, especially the spring in your step.)
If you use just one page a day, you’ll begin to create a self-care habit that will sustain you in powerfully subtle ways.
