My inner and outer life - what I do at home and what I share with the world - are not two separate entities, but mirror reflections of each other. Soulful, Practical, Possible is a conversation about the art of everyday joy. This short little course is just an introduction to my series. I currently have released these courses in my series: Dreaming Big, and Dreaming Small.
Let’s take a deep dive into your dreams and explore the possibilities.

Vulnerability is such a hot topic that it borders on buzz word these days. Many of us have seen others let the world in to their personal story or create work that is close to the heart and felt the lasting impact.
We long to join that brave movement, but how does one navigate these daunting waters safely?
Jen Lee's work is well-known for its vulnerability, whether she's on stage, in front of a class or posting online. But she didn't always know how to tell true stories or work so close to the heart.
In this course Jen teaches you her core moves for How to Be True (and live to tell). Through a series of six video lessons you'll learn how to create safe conditions for daring leaps of all shapes and sizes.
Weave your own safety net. It's time to leap.
Create a small, handmade journal that taps into your inner wisdom and maps out insight and remedies for any issue that challenges you. You can use this process any time you want help, healing, or new ideas for a project.
A feather is a symbol of lightness, but also freedom, comfort, protection and strength among other things. I chose the feather as a symbol in the projects for this class because of it's many meanings and the beautiful images that can be found. We will create many projects with the feather as the central image. Everything from burned leather cuffs and up cycled dream messengers to watercolor drawings and other jewelry projects will eventually find it's way here. Positive statements and words are an important part of these lessons, to personalize them and make them powerful and meaningful. Each project is made so that anyone can create and be successful. Check back often as more projects are added! Let's play and explore!
Join Kathy in the art room as she introduces the "Begin Again" canvas and gives step by step instruction on how you can make one for yourself!
When you ask yourself , 'What do I really want in life?', you will likely find that all of the answers trace back to one common theme...seeking a sense of peace. Our souls crave this feeling so strongly...and yet it is increasingly difficult to find in this world.
In these 7 lessons, we will talk about 7 areas of life where peace can be found and protected.
