Celebrate Life
by Jill Emmelhainz

Join us as we celebrate LIFE in the face of death, inspired by traditional crafts from Mexico’s Dia de los Muertos. In this course, we use words and art to commemorate our loved ones with a variety of colorful, personalized projects.

Getting Back Up
by Melody Ross

Life is sometimes really hard, and sometimes painful...especially when we were once up and now we are down. We all fall. We just do. Sometimes we trip, sometimes we miss a step....sometimes we even get knocked down by something outside of ourselves. EVERYONE has fallen.  There is a critical decision that must be made when we are down...one that no one can make for us, one that we MUST make for ourselves. We have to decide if we will stay down, or if we will get back up. This is one of the most important decisions we will ever make, and we have to make it many times over the course of our lives.

Growing Hope
by Jill Emmelhainz

In this class, we start with an ugly, messy base and continue adding layers until we finish a beautiful mixed media collage. This mirrors the process of transforming devastating grief into hope and new life.

The Walk
by Melody Ross

The Walk is an extensive journey with your soul. Through journaling and collage...we will create maps that show us where we have been and help us determine where we want to go. We will travel through "The Carnival"...learn about "The Campfire" and prepare ourselves for "The Climb".

The Walk....some journeys we have to take alone.

Hope for the Holidays
by Jill Emmelhainz

Join us as we look for glimmers of hope during the darkness of a holiday season overshadowed by grief or loss. This course uses words and art to honor our memories while making plans to successfully navigate the looming holidays.

Journaling The Adoption ABC’s
by Ashley Mitchell

“One of the greatest gifts that we can give ourselves as Birth Mothers is to be truly honest about where we are in this journey post placement, to be willing to dive in and do the work and to celebrate how far we have come.”
— Ashley Mitchell, Author Journaling the Adoption ABC's

In this course you will work through the ABC's of Birth Mother Emotions.

Margo Method on Processing Grief
by Margo Vaughn Nelson

Be present for your grief.

Soulful, Practical, Possible: The Joy of Every Day Living – An Introduction
by Christine Mason Miller

My inner and outer life - what I do at home and what I share with the world - are not two separate entities, but mirror reflections of each other. Soulful, Practical, Possible is a conversation about the art of everyday joy. This short little course is just an introduction to my series. I currently have released these courses in my series: Dreaming Big, and Dreaming Small.
