About this Course
Life is made up of points in time strung together. These points in time, these moments, shape and mold us as individuals. In this course, you’ll celebrate tiny moments and cultivate an awareness of how you spend your days, understanding that each day (indeed, each moment of each day) is a starting point, a beginning, an opportunity. These bits of mindful living – these celebrated points in time – will string together to give you nearly a month of living with intention.
1 moment x 7 days x 4 weeks = 28 moments
You’ll likely gather more than 28 moments, but the course is structured to work through a four-week period. Working with photography and writing, you’ll spend four weeks (or longer) sinking into four unique themes. You’ll gift yourself an opportunity to look closely at how you move through your days. You’ll gift yourself an opportunity to play with images and words. You’ll gift yourself an opportunity to celebrate what is yours.
About the instructor

- Pen and Paper/Journal
- A Camera (any kind, including phone camera... whatever feels comfortable for you)
- An Open Heart
