About this Course
This class is for every person who has ever struggled with extreme dieting, severe calorie or macronutrient restriction, over exercising, under exercising, body loathing, and obsessing about food and/or exercising to the point that it interferes with everyday life.
We will adapt a new mindset. One that comes from a point of balance and moderation. We will focus on creating new habits instead of making goals with endings and timelines. We have a lifetime with our bodies, it is time to make peace with them and treat them with the respect and love they deserve.
I will teach you how to adopt nutrition habits that you can sustain for a lifetime. You will learn how to incorporate "soul foods" into your life along with beautiful colorful whole foods. Eating is meant to be enjoyed, not something that brings you anxiety or fear.
Our bodies were meant to move everyday. We must fuel our bodies so that moving can be joyful and fun. You will learn how to incorporate movement/exercise into your daily lives that you enjoy and look forward to.
About the instructor
I have never stopped learning since becoming certified and am hungry for new knowledge and keep up on all of the latest scientific studies. I want to help you create healthy habits that can be sustained for a lifetime. You will learn better nutrition and exercise habits that actually get you the results you are looking for. I have found the things that work and would love to teach them to you.
