About this Course
I am so excited to share my story with you - being I am certain if you are reading this you'll be able to relate. It wasn't until I was 37 years old that I finally felt comfortable in my own skin. Having tried several fad diets, I'd given up on every single one. Common sense and commitment paid off. Now 8 years later I am healthier than ever before, and nothing brings me more pleasure than helping other women of ALL ages, sizes, and backgrounds do the same.
In this class I hope to make you think, dig deeper, and commit at a level you maybe haven't done before.
I am going to share with you specific action items that helped set me up to succeed so that you can find the same success.
This course will introduce you to the world of clean eating, finding what activity works for you, setting goals, and maintenance. I will be creating additional courses that will go much deeper in to each of these core areas - understanding they will ultimately help reinforce your success.
But the first step is determining your "why", reviewing what you have done, identifying road-blocks, and learning tips of the trade that will help set you up on your journey...because it's going to be a fun one!

About the instructor
Jenny’s life changed during the Fall of 2007. That’s when she decided (for the last time) to shed 60 pounds, trade unhealthy habits for good ones, and start “leading” her life rather than letting her life “lead” her. It was at that time she learned about clean eating and is now a published author and Founder of the popular Facebook Fan Page, “All Things Fitness for Gals” which boasts more than 130,000 fans. Jenny’s passion for women’s health led to getting her Nutritionist Certificate and becoming a lifestyle, training, and endurance coach. Jenny has helped women all over the world transform their lives through healthier eating habits and regular exercise. Now an avid runner and weight-lifter, Jenny has run 5 marathons including Boston twice and New York once and has competed consistently since 2008. She enjoys nothing more than helping other women of all ages find their "why" and help them to finally make sustainable lifestyle changes - regardless of age. Personally she didn't find her love for fitness until she was 37 years old.
Jenny is happily married - celebrating 24 years this September and has 2 amazing adopted sons - a 14 year old teenager and a 6 year old firecracker.
